3.6 Award of Contract for the Blakey Park Restoration Project - Project Plan No. P-2614. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of $218,010.00 to Carmody Construction Company; and B. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $21,801.00 for potential change orders; and C. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
