Melrose\nStreet. Fiscal Impact: Expense: $ 916,495 Placentia\nRegional Navigation Center Fund Revenue: $ 916,465\nNorth Service Planning Area Cities MOU Recommended\nAction: It is recommended that the City Council: 1)\nApprove Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) for\nthe operation and management services of the Placentia\nNavigation Center for an additional four (4) month term\nending on July 31, 2024, in the amount not to exceed of\n$916,495; and 2) Authorize the City Administrator to\napprove eligible contract term extensions for two (2)\nmonth extensions up to six (6) months in an amount not\nto exceed $458,255, based upon contractor performance\nand at the discretion of the City; and 3) Adopt Resolution\nNo. R- 2024-19, A Resolution of the City Council of the City\nof Placentia, California authorizing a budget amendment in\nFiscal Year 2023-24 in compliance with City Charter of the\nCity of Placentia §§1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and 4) Authorize\nthe City Administrator and/or his designee to execute all\nnecessary documents, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nStaff Report\nAmendment No. 2 with PATH\nResolution R-2024-19 - Placentia Navigation Center
