AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENTS WITH DAPEER ROSENBLIT &\nLITVAK LLP; SWANSON, MARTIN & BELL, LLP; AND POLSINELLI LAW FIRM\nFOR SPECIAL COUNSEL SERVICES.\nComment: The City Council Liaison/Litigation Committee recommends that the City\nCouncil approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreements with Dapeer Rosenblit &\nLitvak LLP; Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP;\nand Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Polsinelli Law Firm for special counsel\nservices. The Amendments to these legal service agreements will provide cost of\nliving adjustments to the rates charged by the attorneys.
