13. Approve Amendment No. 3 to CASC Engineering to Continue Inspections and Plan\nReviews\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 3 (Attachment No. 1) to the Agreement with CASC\nEngineering in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for each FY 2023-2024 and FY\n2024-2025 the continuation of the industrial, commercial, construction, and plan\nreviews; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any agreements necessary to\ncomplete the CASC Engineering amendments thereto, on behalf of the City, pending\nCity Attorney review and approval.
