11) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH EUROFINS EATON ANALYTICAL, LLC FOR WATER TESTING AND ANALYSIS\nSERVICES\nRecommend that City Council:\na. Approve a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Eurofins\nEaton Analytical, LLC (Contract No. 1910(b)) increasing the annual not-to-exceed amount\nby $50,000 to a new total of $130,000, and extending the contract until July 1, 2024, for\nwater testing and analysis services,.\nb.
