City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-387 Amendment No. 3 to the Property Use Agreement with the San Diego Rescue Mission to lease the Oceanside Navigation Center shelter located at 3131 Oceanside Boulevard, extending the term for one-year, for the purpose of operating a 50-bed facility for the unsheltered; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
