G. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5784 APPROVING BLANKET AUTHORITY TO FILE APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR MEASURE A PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS The City Council is requested to adopt a resolution and execute the Measure A Annual Allocations Agreement in order for the City to access the Annual Allocation funds. Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5784, which approved blanket authority to file applications with the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) for Measure A Funds for projects and programs; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to conduct all negotiations, and to execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to, applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so forth, which may be necessary for the completion of projects or programs.
