RECEIVE AND FILE THE MONTEREY PARK BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 (BID) 2024 ANNUAL REPORT AND APPROVE THE PROPOSED BID ASSESSMENT AND BUDGET FOR THE 2025 PROGRAM YEAR It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the 2024 Annual Report with the City Clerk; (2) Approving the proposed BID assessment and budget for the 2025 program year; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
