3-F. NOTICE OF COMPLETION – VARIOUS PROJECTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on August 28, 2024, accepting the CIPP Lining at Various Locations Project completed by Southwest Pipeline and Trenchless Corp; (2) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on October 2, 2024, accepting the 2024 Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation project completed by Sancon Technologies, Inc.; (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
