A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY HILLS\nADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE 2021-2029 HOUSING ELEMENT,\nMAKING FINDINGS RELATED THERETO, AND ADOPTING AN ADDENDUM\nTO AN ADOPTED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION.\nComment: The City Council will review an amended version of the 2021-2029\nHousing Element that was adopted on February 21, 2023, which has been revised\nin response to comments provided by the State Housing and Community\nDevelopment Department (HCD). The City Council will consider a resolution\nadopting an amended Housing Element of the General Plan. Pursuant to the\nprovisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City\nCouncil will also consider the adoption of an Addendum to the adopted Mitigated\nNegative Declaration (MND).
