5. Award of Contracts to Geocko, Inc. DBA FORWARD for Project Administrator and\nDisbursement Card Administrator of the “Pomona’s Flourishing Families” (PFF) Pilot\nProject\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a contract to FORWARD to serve as the Project Administrator for the\n“Pomona’s Flourishing Families” (PFF) Pilot Project for an amount not to exceed\n$950,000 for a contract term of two years, with a one-year extension option;\n2) Award of a contract to FORWARD to serve as Disbursement Card Administrator for\nthe “Pomona’s Flourishing Families” (PFF) Pilot Project for an amount not to exceed\n$250,000 for a contract term of two years, with a one-year extension option; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager or designee, to execute the contract and any amendments\non behalf of the city, subject to review by the City Attorney.
