4. Approve a Professional Services Agreement for Consulting Services for Safe Clean Water\nto Craftwater Engineering\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a three-year Professional Services Agreement (PSA), with the option for two\nadditional one-year terms for Engineering Consulting Services for Safe Clean Water\n(SCW) as well as respective Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects falling under\nthe SCW’s goals to Craftwater Engineering (Craftwater); and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the\nCity and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval as to form\nby the City Attorney.
