11. ACCEPTANCE OF GOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 3 (CP NO. 894-3) – NOTICE OF COMPLETION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the Golf Course Renovation Project Phase 3 (CP No. 894-3) as completed by Robert Clapper Construction Services, Inc. dba R.C. Construction Services; 2. Approve the final contract amount with R.C. Construction Services for the construction of the Project in the amount of $12,773,515.80 including change orders; 3. Approve the Final Total Project Budget (Attachment A); 4. Authorize the City Clerk to execute, verify and file the Notice of Completion (Attachment B) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; 5. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment of $638,675.80 due to R.C. Construction Services following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded; 6. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget by increasing appropriations by $376,316 in Fund 310 (Golf Course Renovation Project); and 7. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
