2. Ordinance No. 24-06 – Amending the Walnut General Plan and the Walnut Municipal Code (WMC), Title 6, Sections 6.08.020, 6.48.020 and 6.48.040 relating to warehousing and logistics center uses within the Light Industrial (M-1) Zone. Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing; 2. Hear the Staff Report; 3 Solicit public input on this item; 4. Discuss amongst the City Council; 5. Close the Public Hearing; and 6. Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 24-06, amending the WMC Title 6, Sections 6.08.020, 6.48.020 and 6.48.040 relating warehousing and logistics center uses within the Light Industrial (M-1) Zone.
