Approve plans and specifications for the Street Residential Resurfacing Project —\nProject No. P2405;\n2. Award a contract for the Street Residential Resurfacing Project to Gentry Brothers,\nInc. as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $503,660 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract;\n3. Authorize a contingency amount of $125,000 (approximately 25%) for any\nunforeseen construction expenses;\n4. Award a Professional Services Agreement to CEJ Engineers, Inc for Construction\nManagement & Inspection Services in an amount not-to-exceed $34,800; and\n5. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Willdan Engineering, Inc for Pavement\nAnalysis & Testing in an amount not-to-exceed $25,000.
