5D. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Golf Course Maintenance and Operation\nAgreement with Western Golf Properties, LLC\n— 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Golf Course Maintenance and Operation\nAgreement with Western Golf Properties, LLC.;\n— 2. Appropriate $60,000 for future fiscal years for reimbursement of minor\nCapital Improvements at golf course facilities; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve reimbursement to operator for\nany minor Capital Improvements to golf course facilities in an amount not-to-\nexceed $60,000 within the fiscal year. Funding for $60,000 will come from\nGolf Course Fund (Fund 465) revenues and will be programmed annually as\npart of the budget process. There is no fiscal impact on the General Fund.
