13. APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF STUART A. GREENBERG AS INTERIM POLICE CHIEF Adoption of the attached Resolution will approve the City Manager’s appointment of Stuart A. Greenberg to the retired annuitant position of Interim Police Chief upon his retirement as the City’s full-time Police Chief until a new permanent Police Chief begins employment with the City. No additional budget appropriation is requested.
