K. CONTRACT AWARD - BIOLOGICAL MONITORING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE AVENIDA MONTALVO CANYON AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS HABITAT RESTORATION, AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000 Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-183, which will: 1. Approve a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $30,000 from the Local Drainage Facilities Fund into Account No. 033-832-45300-000- 16004. 2. Award a Professional Services Agreement to SWCA Environmental Consultants for monitoring and inspection services for the Avenida Montalvo Canyon and Trail Improvements Habitat Restoration, CIP Project No. 16004. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24- 73, by and between the City of San Clemente and SWCA Environmental Consultants, providing for monitoring and inspection services for the Avenida Montalvo Canyon and Trail Improvements Habitat Restoration, in an amount not to exceed $89,828.
