N. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING FIVE SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY WASTEWATER AUTHORITY (SOCWA) REORGANIZATION AGREEMENTS Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-186, which will: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Joint Powers Agreement, Asset and Capacity Transfer Agreement (Agreement No. 1)(C24-75). 2. Moulton Niguel Water District - South Orange County Wastewater Authority Withdrawal Agreement (Agreement No. 4)(C24-76). 3. Assignment and Assumption Agreement (PC 5, Agreement No. 6)(C24- 77). 4. Transfer Price Allocation Memorandum of Understanding (C24-78). 5. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute said agreements.
