O. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-187 AUTHORIZING AN EXEMPTION TO THE FORMAL SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR THE PURCHASE OF DELL SERVERS FROM SIDEPATH, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $72,175 Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-187, which will: Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-79, by and between the City of San Clemente and Sidepath, Inc., providing for the purchase of the Dell Servers under substantially the same terms and conditions of NASPO Contract No. 23026 and California State Participating Addendum No. 7-23-70-55-01, in an amount not to exceed $72,175, which includes four Dell servers and three years of maintenance and support.
