7. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-293 Amendment 4 to Lease Agreement with SR9 1935 Avenida Del Oro, LLC to lease of a portion of the building consisting of approximately 4,999 square feet, located at 1935 Avenida Del Oro, extending the term for five-years, for Fire Station No. 8, for a total cost of $280,638; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
