7. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-1466 Approving Master Agreement No. 12-\n5458S21 With California Department of Transportation and Resolution No.\n2024-1467, Approving Program Supplement Agreement No. 00000A348 for\nthe Highway Safety Improvement Program, and Authorizing the Public\nWorks Director/City Engineer to Execute Said Agreement and Any and All\nProgram Supplement Agreements for State-Funded Projects\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1466, approving Master Agreement No. 12-\n5458S21 with the California Department of Transportation;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute said Agreement;\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-1467, approving Program Supplement\nAgreement No. 00000A348 for the Highway Safety Improvement Program;\nand,\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute said\nagreement and all Program Supplement Agreements under the\nadministering Master Agreement for state-funded projects.
