FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE REPORT (ASSEMBLY BILL 1600) The attached report is prepared to comply with California Government Code Section 66006, which requires an annual disclosure and review of collected development impact fees and expenditures within 180 days after the last day of the fiscal year.
