6. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Funding Agreement No. F9620 with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for Grant Funding for the First/Last Mile Connections Project for the Baldwin Park Transit Center. It is recommended that the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 5 to the FA with the LACMTA.
