(0720-25) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-086 authorizing the City to accept the grant funds, make necessary budget adjustments, and enter into a Professional Services agreement with Citythinkers, Inc. to develop the Imperial Beach 13th Street Corridor Improvement Plan and expand pre-existing contract services with 4Leaf, Inc. for professional planning services.
