9. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 24-379 approving an agreement with the County of San Diego for $200,000 for the Operation Stonegarden FY 2023 Grant; appropriate the funds to Operation Stonegarden 2023 and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the grant agreement and all related grant documents.
