10. City Council: Staff and the Police and Fire Commission recommend that 24-418 the City Council accept and appropriate an additional $251,778 in grant funds from the California Enhancing Law Enforcement Activities Subaccount (ELEAS) awarded to the City for the Citizen’s Option for Public Safety (COPS) 2023 Grant Program; approve amendment 1 to Precision Survey Supply, LLC for Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner for $12,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $130,029; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all grant documents and purchase order.
