7. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 24-431 three-year Professional Services Agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc., for a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 annually, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $450,000, for on-call water and sewer hydraulic modeling services; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement.
