Ewing Architects, Inc., to provide architectural design services for the City Council Chambers and IBC Building Improvement project, extending the term through June 13, 2027, revising the scope of services, and increasing compensation in the amount of $757,000.00 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Amendment.
