19. 24-833 Approve and accept the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) grants for Complete Streets Project; and approve appropriation of funds Recommended Action: A) Approve and accept the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) grants for $8,971,000; and, B) Approve appropriation of grant award funding into the OCTA Complete Streets Projects business units: $203,000 for Banning Roundabout into 129985001 and $176,000 for Hamilton Avenue into 129985002; and, C) Authorize the Public Works Director to execute necessary documents and agreements.
