J. Consideration and possible action regarding the Fiscal Year 2024-25 First Quarter Financial Report for General Fund and year-to-date report for ARPA Fund. (Moya) Recommendation: 1) Receive and file the FY 2024-25 First Quarter Financial Report for the General Fund; 2) Receive and file the year-to-date financial report for ARPA Fund and approve the following: a.
