13. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the 24-437 purchase order to ClearWorld LLC, in an amount of $428,140, approve a Public Works Agreement with Armos Construction, in an amount of $180,000, with a contingency of $50,000, for the installation of solar security lights at Melba Bishop Park, John Landes Park, and Tyson Street Park; authorize the Financial Services Director to execute the purchase order; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
