13. Award the contract to Gentry Brothers, Inc. for Bennett Avenue, Washington Avenue, Westridge\nAvenue, and Bender Avenue Water and Street Improvements, Plan No. 1338 & 1339 in the\namount of $4,431,996.50 and 10% contingency in the amount of $443,200 for a total amount not\nto exceed $4,875,197 (Strategic Plan Item 46-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Award the contract to Gentry Brothers, Inc. for Bennett Ave., Washington Ave., Westridge\nAve., and Bender Ave. Water and Street Improvements, Plan No. 1338 & 1339, in the amount of\n$4,431,996.50 and 10% contingency in the amount of $443,200 for a total amount not to exceed\n$4,875,197; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement with Gentry\nBrothers, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; 4. Approve a supplemental\nappropriation from the Water Capital Projects Fund 530 towards the project budget in the\namount of $600,000; 5. Accept irrevocable offers of the easement dedication grant to the City\nfor public utility purposes at 758 E. Bennett Ave., Glendora; and 6.
