7. AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 24-100\nAGREEMENT (PSA) WITH CABCO YELLOW, INC. FOR SENIOR\nTRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nCabCo Yellow, Inc, DBA California Yellow Cab, for the Senior Transportation\nPrograms and NHS Transportation Program to increase the not-to-exceed\namount by $130,000 for a total of $300,000 annually with a 10%\ncontingency.\n2.
