Consideration of a resolution and possible action to update the language on the City’s agendas to\nreflect recent legislative changes and to adopt a City Council Policy related to reasonable\naccommodation for Brown Act meetings (AB 2449, SB 1100, and SB 1489) (Strategic Plan Item\n58-EMO)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL UPDATING THE LANGUAGE ON THE CITY’S AGENDAS TO\nREFLECT THE CHANGES TO THE BROWN ACT ENACTED BY AB 2449, SB 1100, AND\nSB 1489"; 2. Adopt City Council Policy, the City’s Reasonable Accommodations Policy for City\nBrown Act meetings; and 3. Direct staff to prepare a form to Brown Act Teleconference Opt-In\nForm for use.
