Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with West\nCoast Arborists, Inc. (WCA) in the amount of $27,144.00 for Emergency Tree\nRemoval at Wingate Park; and\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2024-11 to appropriate $49,500 from the General Fund to\nprovide funding for Emergency Tree Removal and additional Creek Remediation\nefforts at Wingate Park.
