I. Award Bid and Enter into Agreement with Convergint Technologies LLC. for a Video Management\nSystem.\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Award Bid #387 to Convergint Technologies, LLC, a California-based company for\ninstallation and maintenance of a Video Management System.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Convergint\nTechnologies, LLC for installation of a Video Management System in an amount not to\nexceed $424,318 (including a 20% contingency for adding potential cameras in the\nfuture).
