4.6 AGREEMENT WITH TROY AND BANKS, INC. FOR COST REDUCTION
CONSULTING SERVICES
Recommended Action:
1. Approve an agreement with Troy and Banks, Inc. for cost reduction consulting
services; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Troy
and Banks, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $49,999 through June 30,
2026.
