4. Approval of Summer Concerts in the Park and Downtown Street Market Permanent Location at Morgan Park and Funding the Events It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Summer Concerts in the Park and Downtown Street Market permanent location at Morgan Park; and 2. Direct staff to identify and explore funding sources during the FY 2025-26 budget process; and 3.
