RESOLUTION NO. 9901 – INTENT TO VACATE KOONTZ AVENUE SOUTH OF\nFLORENCE AVENUE (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9901 declaring City Council’s intention to vacate Koontz\nAvenue South of Florence Avenue and setting a time and place for a public\nhearing; and\n2) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
