4) CONSIDERATION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT FOR A PORTION OF PROJECT SITE (APN 8474-007-940) IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA. It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents to effectuate an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) with Project Passion Restaurant Group (TXRH) for the sale of a portion of City owned property (APN 8474-007-940).
