19. Request by Deputy Mayor Joyce and Councilmember 25-550 Figueroa to direct staff complete the following Planning Commission reforms and bring back any relevant actions requiring Council approval: · Reconstitute the Planning Commission utilizing a new appointment process. Each Councilmember will appoint a single commissioner and the Mayor will appoint three commissioners. Appointments will not require Council approval, but new appointments will be announced at the Council Meeting following their appointment. Terms shall be two years.
