H. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Receipt of State of California Cannabis Equity Grant Funding for\n$40,000 for Preparation of a Cannabis Equity Assessment and Authorization for City Manager to\nExecute All Necessary Associated Documents\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\n2. Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant awarded in the\namount of $40,000 from the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development\nfor the Cannabis Equity Grants Program for Local Jurisdictions.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to accept the grant and\nall grant renewals.\n4.
