Consideration to Approve the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress Report and Housing Element\nAnnual Progress Report Required by the State of California, Reporting Period January 1, 2023 –\nDecember 31, 2023 (page 41)\nPresented by the Associate Planner\nRecommendation: City staff recommends that the City Council take the following action(s):\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-06 (Attachment A) approving the 2023\nGeneral Plan Annual Progress Report (APR); and\n2. Authorize staff to file the 2023 Annual Progress Report with the\nGovernor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
