4) CONSIDERATION OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH COAST, LLC DBA SOUTH COAST EMERGENCY VEHICLE SERVICE It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with South Coast LLC, dba South Coast Emergency Vehicle Service providing for a month-to-month extension of the agreement.
