3. Approval of Use Agreement No. 24-10 with the County of Los Angeles Public Works for the Construction and Maintenance of the San Gabriel River Greening Project and for the Continued Use of County Right-of-Way for Public Recreational Purposes It is recommended that the City Council approve the Use Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for the use of County right-of-way for the construction and maintenance of the San Gabriel River Bikeway and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
