14. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for Sales & Use Tax Analysis and Reporting Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for Sales & Use Tax Analysis and Reporting, Sales & Use Tax Audit Services, and Transient Occupancy Tax Audits to: 1) extend the agreement to an eleven-year (11) term; and 2) increase the total not-to-exceed amount to $130,000.
