15. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HdL Coren & Cone for Property Tax Management, Information, and Audit Services Recommendation: Approve the Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HdL Coren & Cone for property tax management, information, and audit services to: 1) extend the agreement to an eleven-year term; and 2) increase the total not-to-exceed amount to $110,000.
