15. 25-079 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize execution of a construction contract with All American Asphalt in the amount of $4,138,097 for the Residential Zone 2 Overlay Maintenance Project, CC-1812 Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by All American Asphalt in the amount of $4,138,097; and, B) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney.
