18. CONSIDER APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS FOR THE CLEAN POWER ALLIANCE'S REACH CODE PROGRAMS FOR BUILDING AND TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION PROGRAM FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING BUILDINGS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the Participation Agreements with Clean Power Alliance to allow enrollment in the Clean Power Alliance Reach Code Program for Building and Transportation Electrification, applicable to both new construction and existing buildings. — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the agreements and any related documents subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
